Responsible for Provocateur’s restaurant is Berlin’s renowned creative chef and friend of Gekko Group The Duc Ngo. The native Vietnamese characterizes the Asian cuisine in Germany like no other.
At Golden Phoenix, The Duc Ngo combines traditional French techniques with the complex, ancient flavors of Chinese cuisine. The name Golden Phoenix is a tribute to the classic Chinese restaurants of the 70s and 80s.
