Casa Gekko Mykonos by Roomers is an exclusive villa in the quiet southwest of the island, not far from Glyfadi beach and just a few minutes’ drive from Mykonos town.

From January 1, 2025, the Gekko Group will take over the prestigious hotel on Steinplatz, which will now welcome its guests as Roomers Berlin. A special highlight will be a new restaurant in collaboration with The Duc Ngo, which is set to form the heart of the hotel.

Since its opening in 1913, the building has undergone numerous transformations and has served as a meeting place for artists, intellectuals and celebrities. As part of the rebranding to Roomers Berlin, this historical legacy of the hotel will be preserved and continued through the Gekko Group’s luxury lifestyle concept.

Located directly on Grüneburgpark, Roomers ParkView in Frankfurt’s Westend is expected to open in September 2026 as part of The  Luxury Collection by Marriott International. There are 136 rooms and suites planned on 19 floors. On the 17th floor, the Bar OneSeven invites guests and locals to meet for a drink with view of the skyline. On the 18th floor, the Roomers Spa becomes an urban hideaway with High Rise City view or view of the Grüneburgpark and the neighboring Palmengarten. On the ground floor, the chinese restaurant Golden Phoenix with a concept by The Duc Ngo is open to both Frankfurters and guests. For the interior design of Roomers ParkView, the Italian designer Piero Lissoni could be won.

In early 2020, the first Gekko House opened in Frankfurt’s Gallusviertel, nearby the fair. On six floors, the new house with 128 rooms and suites is the center for international guests. The design of the hotel was taken over by the Frankfurt team of Morgen Interiors.

On the ground floor, the Berlin BBQ concept Chicago Williams from friend and partner of Gekko Group Nawid Samawat promises “serious barbecuing since 2012”. Both overnight guests and locals enjoy “maximum meat performance” here with ribs, beef brisket and pastrami. As a very special place, the Chicago Beach Rooftop invites you to relax in summer with a view of the Frankfurt skyline.
